Returned items must be in their original condition, including:

- Preserving the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

How to Request a Return

- EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal do not need to provide a reason.
Approval Process:
Once your return request is approved, Fashionable Squad will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable).
- Detailed instructions for sending the item back.
Refund Process
Inspection and Notification:
After receiving the returned item, Fashionable Squad will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.
Refund Timing:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- EU customers will also receive refunds for the cost of standard delivery (if applicable) in accordance with EU regulations.
Rejection:
Returns that do not meet eligibility conditions (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging) will not qualify for a refund.
Special Cases and Replacements
Incorrect Items Received:
If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost. Evidence, such as photographs, may be required for verification.
Items Not Received:

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Fashionable Squad does not provide refunds for:

- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are non-refundable unless defective.
